In 1996, Therml Impac Affordable Homes
Company Limited or TIAHCO was launched.
What began, as a simple observation
of the lack of availability of quality homes for those who could not afford
it, became the driving force behind the creation of TIAHCO.
Today, over a decade later,
I am proud to say that we're building homes, commercial and industrial buildings which are more
efficient, engineered for dependability, and as always, have budget-pleasing prices.
Our motto is
straightforward: give you, the consumer, the best value for your money.

Over the last thirteen years, TIAHCO
has grown through a diligent work ethic, sound R&D, solid teamwork and unflagging

commercial building structures in islands as far south as Suriname to
Jamaica in the north.
Not only that, but we've expanded our core product offering to include
polystyrene moldings, blocks and sheets, ceilings, concrete floor slabs, construction
