Central Springs Development

The Development is a private residential housing project created by the Therml Impac Group. Located at Freeport, Trinidad, the project is on a 58 acre development situated on the Raphael Road with a connection to the Freeport Todd's Road south of the site.

This new project includes facilities such as meeting places, recreational spaces and public green.

The development consists of a select number of:
• 167 Single family residential lots minimum 5,000 sq. ft. with or without a choice of eight (8) models of 2 - 3 bedroom units. Land only - starting at $50.00 per sq. ft.
• 92 Modern duplex units
• 68 Townhouses

These duplex and townhouse units will be built using the Therml Impac Technology, a superior building system with several construction options and flexibly designed to cater to any budget. Construction is due to begin in the second quarter of 2011.
